I am Sharon Custer. I work with CFOs and owners of industrial distributors and manufacturers when a number has to hold up under someone else's scrutiny.
Before this practice I spent my career in operational finance, including Fortune 500 work at 3M, where we cut non-moving inventory from 8.5% to 5% while holding a 100% fill rate through the semiconductor shortage. I have been the operator, the CFO and the person who had to defend the number in the room.
Today I am a registered Cin7 implementation partner, a coach inside the AI Finance Club, and a practitioner who builds working Claude workflows for financial and inventory analysis. Not slides about AI. Workflows that run on a client's own export and produce numbers they can sign.
I work virtually, from Costa Rica, in English and Mandarin.
