Free, 30 minutes, no preparation
A purchase, a bid, a lender, a buyer, a month-end number that keeps moving. We spend 30 minutes on it and you leave knowing where that number actually comes from, and which part of it would not hold up.
What you leave with
We take the number or the decision you brought and work on it for half an hour. Usually that means finding where it came from, what it is resting on, and which part of it would not survive a question.
Most people leave with something they can check the same afternoon. If the answer is that nothing here needs me, that is a useful half hour too, and I will tell you where to look instead.
About your data
Nobody has ever sent me clean data. Spreadsheets with manual fixes, a system nobody fully trusts, two versions of the same report: that is what the work is for, and it is not embarrassing.
When the time comes, it is three exports and about twenty minutes of someone's afternoon. Screenshots are fine. I will tell you exactly which three.
You are the CFO or owner of a distributor or manufacturer, your books reconcile, and something still does not add up: cash is tighter than the P&L suggests, margin swings without a business reason, or a number is about to be checked by someone outside the company.
This conversation is the starting point for every engagement.
