The agreement between you and Inventory Optimization Pro when you use this site or buy a service.
This site is operated by Inventory Optimization Pro, the practice of Sharon Custer, based in Costa Rica and working with clients internationally.
The tools, articles, templates and calculators here are general information for business use. They are not accounting, audit, tax, legal or investment advice, and using them does not create a client relationship.
The calculators work from the figures you enter. They estimate. They are a starting point for a conversation, never a basis on their own for a financial decision.
Every paid service names in writing, before it starts, the one thing it looks at, what you receive, and when. Anything outside that is quoted separately in writing.
Fees are payable in full before work starts unless agreed otherwise. Work begins when payment has been received and all the inputs listed on the order have arrived, whichever is later. If inputs arrive late, the delivery date moves by the same number of days.
A paid fee may be applied once toward the next service up, when that service is paid for in full within 30 calendar days of the first payment being received, capped at half the new price and claimed at the time of purchase. It is not cash, it is not refundable and it cannot be transferred to another company.
Coaching sessions can be moved or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours the session is used. Sessions expire 60 days after payment.
Written services (reviews and diagnostics) can be cancelled for a full refund any time before work starts. Once work has started the fee is not refundable, because the work is the deliverable.
Digital products are refundable within 14 days if they have not been downloaded.
Files and access you share stay yours. They are used only to do the work you asked for, are never shared with anyone else, and are deleted on request.
Everything I write for you, the report and its findings, is yours to use inside your business. The templates, workflows and methods behind it stay mine.
I can promise the work will be careful, evidenced and delivered when agreed.
I cannot promise a financial outcome. The figures depend on data you provide and decisions you make afterwards. Where a report states a dollar impact, it is an estimate based on the data available at the time, and it says so.
Liability for any engagement is limited to the fee paid for it.
The content here is protected by copyright. Read it, use it in your work, and quote it with a link. Do not republish it as your own or sell it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, and any dispute is dealt with there, unless a signed engagement agreement says otherwise.
