Work with me
There is no menu to choose from before we speak. You bring the number or the decision, and we work out together which of these it actually is.
Thirty minutes on the number or decision in front of you. One insight you did not have, and a straight answer about whether I can help.
Look at this One question answeredNinety minutes on your screen. You bring the thing that is blocking you in your AI finance or inventory work, and it gets answered on your own data.
Look at this Built with youFour sessions that end with a workflow running on your data, tested for correctness, with your hands on the keyboard the whole way.
Look at this One numberOne figure traced to its source: the true number, what the wrong one is costing, and the first fix. Five working days.
Look at this The whole positionThe restated inventory position, the exposure in dollars, and a fix plan ranked by cash released. For lenders, buyers, investors and auditors.
Look at this SystemsThe financial layer built in from the start: costing, valuation, the close, and the monthly workflow on your own export.
Look at this Your teamThe private session run for a whole team: their decisions mapped, the guardrails agreed, one workflow built and tested on their own numbers.
Look at this EventsDesigning AI workflows that improve decisions, not just speed. One idea, carried by scenes a finance or operations room recognises.

Same work, different shape: I sit behind you, your client stays yours, and you present the findings.
Where I sit
Your accountant closes the books. Your CFO runs cash and the board pack. Your system says what is on the shelf. I answer whether those three agree, and what the gap is worth.
How the findings arrive
The report comes to you, not to your board and not to your accountant. We talk it through before you decide what to do with it.
It is written so you can hand it upward: what the number is, what the true number is, what the difference is worth, and what to do first. If a finding is uncomfortable, it arrives with the framing that makes it useful. Found now, it is a fix. Found by someone else, it is a discount.
Could your team do this?
Someone has three uninterrupted weeks. They know how cost timing distorts margin, and where a system quietly overwrites its own history. And they are willing to be the person who surfaces it.
In most finance teams the first is the one that fails. The work gets started, month end arrives, and it waits. Six months later the same products have been reordered and the same cash is still sitting on the shelf. That delay usually costs more than the engagement.
Three of them run finance themselves. One was a client, one taught me, one buys from the other side of the table.
